Do you need help with the registry or your registration? We are hosting Medicinal Cannabis Registration Clinics in Newark, Trenton, and Atlantic City. Caregivers and patients with valid authorization from their provider and a valid ID with a current address or two proofs of residency can receive their free digital cards immediately at any registration clinic. Those at the Trenton location will receive digital and physical cards on the spot, providing you with immediate access to medicinal cannabis.

FREE Digital ID cards are now available. Existing patients and caregivers can request a digital card when they are due for renewal. New patients and caregivers may request the digital card at enrollment. Physical cards are still available for $10.

Medicinal cannabis patients can request a Certificate of Analysis lab test results for any cannabis product they purchase. If one is not provided upon request, you may file a complaint with the NJ-CRC, by logging into your portal. Select, Miscellaneous in the menu and then select Complaint Forms.

Attention Patients - When selecting your preferred ATC, please be advised that you will have access to ALL of that selected ATC's locations throughout the state. You do not have to select an exact location address. Please see the manual in your portal labeled 'How to Change your ATC' for further instructions.
